Abstinence from food
Cold-shoulder your cravings for calories
They will not and cannot make you happy
Liquidate your lust for laxatives
Fast, starve, diet (Sometimes it’s the only way)
Those pangs of hunger?
It’s just the fat leaving the body
Feel it slide of your bones
Can you see them yet? (Don’t worry, you will)
No, listen to me!
Put that fudge pop down!
Every calorie counts
Can you hear your stomach growling?
Don’t give in (Do you really want to fat to win?)
Avoid all esurience
I know you can
I believe in you
(And in the end, isn’t that all that really matters?)
