With usage of this website, you agree to comply to the said terms and conditions here stated and agree not to use this site for any reason other than what it facilitates, ie, the author will not submit stories, not limited to, that may be deemed in any way racist, predgudice, sexist, unlawful, slanderous, plagarised, infringing on privacy rights, pornographic or otherwise. The user (you) may be held liable for any slanderous or false remarks or comments about TellMyStory.ie or their affliates.
All stories, comments or otherwise, fictional or true submitted, must be original work relating to the author. Previously published stories may be submitted on the terms that the author fully own the copyright of the story. Stories subject to any third party rights at the time of submission must not be submitted on to this site. All stories written will be at the authors own digretion. The user is responcible for any and all stories, comments or remarks submitted by themselves (the author).
TellMyStory.ie are not responsible for plagiarism, slander or otherwise of any kind and will not be held liable for any such accusations or complaints. The user of this website, TellMyStory.ie, agrees not to impersonate another, accuse, imply, spam, hack or advertise on this website. Users who do not comply with the here said terms and conditions will be subject to immediate termination of their account.
Any affiliated companies, directors, employees or otherwise will not be held liable or held responsible for any submissions posted by the author (you).
TellMyStory.ie or somebody appointed to act on our behalf hold the right to research and or investigate a submission to verify a story submitted to the TellMyStory.ie website.
The author agrees that any text or video submitted that may include information of another person or persons, living or deseased, have prior permission from the best sourse or sourses whereever possible.
Competition
The author agrees to submit a story in their own age catigory.
Stories with the most votes will be compilled into the top ten from each age catigory. A panel of Judges within TellMyStory.ie will have final decision on the overall prize winners. The prize, Kindle Book Reader or similar, will be awared to one person from each catigory chosen by the panel of judges. Please ensure to tell your friend and family to vote for your story with the hope of making the top ten selection of your age catigory. The author must submit their original work before 12 midnight on the closing date stated on the website, Tellyourstory.ie, in order to be included in the competition.
Privacy
TellMyStory.ie or their affiliates will not share your personal information with any third party. On registration to the TellMyStory.ie site, you agree that all personal information given is true and acurate and updated from time to time when necessary. Any author who so chooses to release any private information about themselves or others within the text or video of their story or otherwise, does it at their own disgretion and risk. TellMyStory.ie hold the right to delete accounts without prior warning if the account information is deem untrue or false.
General
On submission of a story, the author agrees and gives full concent to their work (written or video) being published in any media, world, for the duration of the copywrite, in which the organiser (TellMyStory.ie) may deem appropriate. The author of work submitted to this site will retain full copywrite of their work.
TellMyStory.ie do not guarantee that any material or stories will be published at any time.
No financial fee or monies will be paid to the author or persons acting on behalf of the author for any publication on TellMyStory.ie at any time.
TellMyStory.ie and or their affiliates, including, directors, employees or related companies will not be held responsible or be held liable for any interuptions, be it technical, the act of God or otherwise, to this site that may effect story submissions, voting or registration at any time.
Unauthorised use of this website or copyright infringement, by any person or persons, will and can be held liable and may be subject to criminal penalties.

This website is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. TellMyStory.ie makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on this website.
Any and all submission on this sight will be available to the public at any time. TellMyStory.ie do not endorse any material submitted in any manner to this site.
